Cash Applications Associate
Position Responsibilities:  Manage the company’s cash inflow and provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers to resolve payment-related inquiries. Manage unidentified related cash clearing as well as assist with setting routes along with driver cash reconciliation. Support Accounts Receivable (AR) operations to ensure that all AR accounting is accurate and completed in a timely manner. Process and analyze a high volume of transactions and payments via (VIP) ERP system pulling in payment data from EDI, Internal/External Portals, Fintech, Lockboxes, and banking institutes. Address payment issues like duplicate payments or other discrepancies and gather documentation for internal and external audit requests. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in month-end closing activities related to cash applications. Other duties as assigned.
