Description We are looking for a dedicated PART TIME Cash Applications specialist to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing cash applications, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial documentation. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: • Maintain and update the cash flow template to ensure accurate tracking of financial movements. • Process cash receipt entries and accurately apply payments to customer accounts. • Investigate customer deductions and determine appropriate actions, including issuing credits or debits. • Record detailed notes for any unapplied payments to support future reconciliation efforts. • Manage offset account listings for non-accounts receivable cash transactions. • Handle accounts payable entries and applications, including wire pulls for the organization. • Process and apply automated cash pulls while retrieving missing invoices from online platforms. • Reconcile the checkbook to ensure all financial transactions are accounted for and accurate. THIS POSITION IS PART TIME- M-F 9-1 daily Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable processes, including cash applications and collections. • Strong knowledge of Excel formulas and functions for financial analysis. • Ability to investigate and resolve customer account discrepancies effectively. • Experience in managing accounts payable and wire transfers. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Familiarity with reconciling financial accounts and maintaining accurate documentation. • Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
