We’re now hiring a Cash Applications Specialist to ensure financial accuracy by managing payment processing, reconciliations, and accounts receivable functions that power our timeshare and resort operations.

Your Impact

Process all incoming payments (checks, wires, ACH, credit cards, and lockbox) and apply them accurately to accounts.

Handle daily check deposits and reconcile transactions against bank statements and internal systems.

Investigate and resolve unapplied cash, variances, and discrepancies across AR and general ledger accounts.

Support AR activities by maintaining accurate owner account records and assisting with collections-related research.

Prepare reconciliation schedules and documentation to support month-end close and audits.

Contribute to special projects that modernize and automate cash application processes.



What You Bring

2+ years of experience in cash applications, accounts receivable, or accounting operations.

Strong knowledge of payment processing, reconciliations, and AR workflows.

Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Bonus: Experience in hospitality, timeshare, or property management finance; familiarity with lockbox services or ERP transitions.
