Electronic Processing Assistant Manager
As the Electronic Processing Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a team that processes electronic transactions efficiently and accurately. This position requires advanced Excel proficiency, strong leadership abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure the highest level of client service. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, mentoring your team, and maintaining a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Team Leadership:
+ Supervise, mentor, and support a team of two, fostering a collaborative work environment.
+ Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and productivity.
+ Technical Expertise:
+ Utilize advanced Excel functions, including lookup formulas, PivotTables, and macros, to analyze data and streamline processes.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electronic processing, ensuring smooth operations.
+ Customer Service:
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, exhibiting professionalism and proactive communication.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their electronic processing needs are met with efficiency and accuracy.
+ System Management:
+ Assist in the management and optimization of electronic processing systems, with a strong preference for experience in Great Plains software.
+ Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement system upgrades and improve processing workflows.
+ Reporting and Analysis:
+ Generate reports and dashboards for management review, utilizing Excel to present data insights and operational metrics.
+ Analyze processing trends and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
+ Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
+ Experience:
+ Proven experience in electronic processing or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on technical excel skills.
+ Prior leadership experience, preferably within a financial or processing environment.
+ Technical Skills:
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly with lookup formulas, PivotTables, and macros.
+ Experience with Great Plains software is highly preferred.
+ Communication Skills:
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
