Job Description
This position supports the consolidation of Accounts Receivable and Cash Application processes for various divisions, focusing on SAP transitions planned for Q2-Q3. The role involves utilizing Excel and a proprietary ERP system to apply cash accurately for multiple sites and divisions, handling collections via email and phone, and resolving disputes efficiently.
Responsibilities
+ Apply cash correctly in the system for several sites and divisions using Excel and a proprietary ERP system.
+ Handle collections through email and phone interactions with customers, managing a growing aging report.
+ Engage in dispute resolution processes to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate financial records.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in cash applications, with at least 1-2 years in a similar role.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and reconciliation tasks.
+ Collections experience, including dispute troubleshooting and resolution.
+ Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
Qualifications
+ SAP experience is highly advantageous.
+ Ability to quickly adapt and perform in a contract role lasting approximately 6 months.
+ Professional demeanor and effective communication abilities.
Work Environment
The role requires working five days a week in an industrial hose building, with flexible hours between 8 AM and 5 PM. The work environment is business casual.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
