**Cash Accountant - Credit & Collection NA team - Panama** As a Cash Accountant you will support with unapplied cash reconciliations, refunds, detailed analysis of open debits origin and general ledger reconciliation activities for the North America market **Your role:** + Daily reconciliation of the prepayment cash general ledger with large transaction volume and Accounts Receivable customer accounts. + Analyze open debitsfrom incoming payments and internal entries, providing clear explanations to stakeholders and customers. This is key to resolving non-invoice deductions, ensuring accurate account balances, preventing misapplication of funds, and supporting timely collections. + Proactively manage complex customer situations, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and maintaining customer satisfaction. + Coordinating with financial business partners, collections, cash applications and Record to Report + Development opportunities within Accounts Receivable/Credit & Collections process improvement by identifying root cause problems, processes gaps, and provide continuous improvements solutions. **You're the right fit if:** + High School Diploma, Vocational Education/Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analysis or equivalent. + You have 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections or equivalent with Vocational Education OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree. + You are knowledgeable in SAP, Excel (Pivot Tables, Data visualization and manipulation,) + You posses conversational level of English. + You are a highly responsible, customer service-oriented individual who excels in teamwork, demonstrates strong interpersonal relationships, exhibits initiative, and is a fast learner. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
