What You'll Do

The Case Team Assistant (CTA) provides proactive, high-quality administrative and operational support to Principals, Partners or Associate Directors environment.
The CTA enables smooth day-to-day operations for stakeholders, supports client delivery needs, ensures compliance with BCG processes, and contributes to the overall effectiveness and productivity of the office. This role requires exceptional organization, strong communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and a service-oriented mindset.

 

Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Meeting Management

Manage extremely busy and frequently changing business calendars.Schedule, coordinate, and confirm internal/external meetings, anticipating conflicts and proactively resolving them.Organize client and internal meetings, workshops, and training sessions (scheduling participants, room reservations, catering, technical setup).Partner with other AAs/CTAs across the network to align schedules for complex meetings involving multiple stakeholders.

Travel Coordination

Coordinate local and international travel (flights, hotels, ground transportation).Plan point-to-point travel considering commute time, ability to work in transit, and preferences.Manage last-minute changes (cancellations, delays, strikes) and identify efficient alternatives.Support with required travel documentation (visa processes, insurance forms).Track expiration dates for relevant travel documents when applicable.

 Timesheet & Expense Management

Process and maintain accurate time sheets, ensuring adherence to billable and non-billable coding rules.Submit and reconcile expense reports in accordance with BCG’s financial policies.

Case Team Operational Support

Manage logistical coordination for client activities, entry badges, conference rooms, workshop materials, and catering.Assist in committee and practice area support tasks as assigned.Maintain positive working relationships with vendors and coordinate services needed for projects.Schedule occupational exams for mine site visitors (as stated in your reference file).Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders while representing BCG professionally.

 Collaboration & Teaming

Partner closely with peer CTAs, AAs, and EAs to ensure seamless coordination and knowledge sharing.Offer back-up support when colleagues are out of office, ensuring business continuity.Build relationships across HR, IT, Office Services, Marketing, and other BST teams.

What You'll Bring

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.2+ years of administrative or coordination experience, ideally in professional services or multinational environments.

Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.Excellent customer service orientation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.Fluency in English required.
