Case Support Specialist – Logistics

Job Overview:
Join our dynamic Shipper Support Case Team and play a key role in supporting vendors. You'll help resolve operational issues, ensure service excellence, and build strong relationships across our shipper network.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage and resolve shipper support cases via our internal communication platform
+ Investigate and address missed pickups and transportation disruptions
+ Meet and maintain case resolution targets
+ Conduct proactive outreach calls as needed
+ Accurately document case resolutions to support continuous improvement
+ Collaborate with carriers and vendors to ensure timely freight pickups and deliveries
+ Use critical thinking to solve complex logistics challenges
Basic Qualifications:
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication
+ Proficiency with basic computer tools, including spreadsheets and data filtering
+ Ability to work independently and think critically
+ High attention to detail and accuracy
+ Customer-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Understanding of transportation and supply chain terminology
+ Experience with AI tools or Large Language Models
+ Background in logistics, banking, insurance, or data-driven roles
+ Experience in roles requiring information verification and validation
+ Demonstrated career progression in previous roles

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
