Case Specialist - Bilingual Spanish
Description Overview: Robert Half is seeking a Bilingual Case Specialist on behalf of a dynamic nonprofit organization that provides wraparound support services to underserved communities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a service-oriented environment and is deeply committed to advocating for equity, access, and community empowerment. As a Bilingual Case Specialist, you’ll work closely with individuals and families—connecting them to critical resources, building trust, and helping navigate complex systems. You’ll manage an active caseload and ensure each client receives the personalized attention and follow-through they deserve. What You’ll Do: + Serve as the main point of contact for Spanish- and English-speaking clients in need of support services. + Conduct thorough intakes and needs assessments to understand each client’s circumstances and eligibility. + Develop tailored service plans and monitor progress through regular follow-up and case notes. + Facilitate access to programs such as housing support, food assistance, job placement, and healthcare navigation. + Maintain detailed and confidential client records in case management systems. + Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to streamline service delivery. + Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed. + Participate in team meetings, program evaluations, and community outreach efforts. Requirements What You Bring: + Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required. + At least 1–2 years of experience in case management, social services, client advocacy, or nonprofit program support. + Excellent interpersonal communication skills—empathetic, respectful, and culturally responsive. + Working knowledge of community resources and public benefits systems. + Comfortable managing a caseload, tracking outcomes, and meeting deadlines. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client tracking software (e.g., Salesforce, Apricot, or similar platforms). + Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Preferred Qualifications: + Degree or coursework in Social Work, Human Services, Public Health, or related fields. + Prior experience working with immigrants, low-income communities, or individuals experiencing housing insecurity.
