We're looking for someone to provide meaningful social and rehabilitation services to individuals in custody. This role is all about helping people grow and change, even in tough circumstances. The*Case Specialist*assesses and analyzes offenders to determines the need for program participation. They lead groups to deliver effective, evidence-based programs designed to make a real difference in people's lives. * Monitor progress, revise case plans, and help set realistic goals for each individual. * Keep records up to date and work closely with other staff to share important information about treatment and progress. * Support and motivate individuals to engage in programs that are designed to reduce recidivism and support rehabilitation ** *QUALIFICATIONS* The knowledge, skills and abilities for this position are typically acquired through a combination of education and experience equivalent to: * Associates degree in Criminal Justice, Sociology, Social Work, Criminal Psychology, Education, Social Science, Addiction Counseling or a related field. * 2 years of job-related experience.
