Position Summary:
Directly supervise the Vocational Rehabilitation Services and Wellness Case Management staff and services to ensure proper administration of all services and activities provided by the department, services of which include the formulation and implementation of policy, compliance with standards and contractual requirements, and preparation of participants for employment by meeting health and employment-related goals.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide direct supervision to Case Managers in the provision of all wellness and vocational rehabilitation services. This includes one-on-one coaching, quality assurance oversight, performance management, and disciplinary actions, if necessary.
+ Oversee case management outreach efforts to promote full compliance amongst all agency clients.
+ Ensure achievement performance benchmarks in the areas of wellness plan completions, wellness plan completion rate, and engagement in VRS activities to achieve job placement goals.
+ Manage proper and timely communication between case management staff with medical and mental health staff to ensure compliance and completion of wellness plans.
+ Review individual plans, case notes, and document imaging to ensure quality, accuracy, and thoroughness.
+ Exercise discretion and independent judgment with matters that significance with regards to program services administration.
+ Manage and ensure the Case Manages are in compliance with the terms and conditions of WeCARE contract pertaining to the provision of Case Management services.
+ Prepare and submit all statistical data and reports required and requested by prime contracting agency.
+ Prepares all information required for audits.
+ Ensure that staff and program components deliver quality services to participants in accordance with overall program objectives.
+ Perform reviews and create standards for all Case Management programs and services in response to Fedcap or new programmatic requests, initiatives, or directives.
+ Maintain accurate department billing processes for case management services, as needed.
+ Implements internal controls to confirm that work and production are consistent with regular policies, procedures, and practices
+ Motivate staff, establish, and maintain a high energy, highly accountable, team approach to getting site work completed timely and in an atmosphere that is stimulating and allows for continued growth and development.

Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related field, such as psychology, vocational rehabilitation, or occupational rehabilitation from an accredited institution, required. Graduate degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 2 years of case management experience in vocational rehabilitation services or an equivalent or an equivalent combination of related education and experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
+ Demonstrable knowledge of
+ the mission, vision and goals of Fedcap Rehabilitation Services and The Fedcap Group and execution of relevant policies and procedures.
+ software programs i.e., Microsoft Office Suite.
+ strong presentation, problem solving and communication skills (both verbal and written)
+ strong leadership and motivational presence.
+ Demonstrable ability to
+ follow agency and funders mission, philosophy and policies and procedures.
+ to be flexible to work within different programs, and populations within outside agencies, and travel to multi-work sites.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position supervises Case Managers.
Compensation Range : $65,000-$68,000
