The Case Manager RN is responsible for managing the hospital clinical patient case load to ensure proper care plans are implemented for patient care. This role involves collaborating with various departments and partners to execute these care plans effectively.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
