Transform lives, every single dayAbout the RoleOur teams are growing, and we require an experienced Case Manager with skills in providing front line support to families who are in the child protection system. You will work alongside parents to support and coach them to develop a family environment that nurtures and supports their children to thrive within their homes. This role involves Case Management, home visiting, psychoeducation, advocacy, connecting parents/caregivers with specialist services and community resources as well as preparing reports for DCJ and Children’s Court.Anglicare utilise the Parents Under Pressure (PuP) Framework to guide practice, a leading Australian evidence-based practice developed by Griffith University in Queensland.
