**Description:**
**Position Purpose:**
Join Mercy Care’s mission-driven team to provide compassionate, community-based behavioral health services to children and adolescents. This role focuses on direct outreach, psychosocial assessments, care coordination, and therapeutic support for underserved youth and families.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Deliver assertive outreach and psychotherapy services in community settings.
+ Develop and maintain treatment plans and progress notes (30+ weekly encounters).
+ Link individuals to psychiatric, medical, social, and financial resources.
+ Collaborate with psychiatrists, clinicians, and family support systems.
+ Participate in health fairs and community events 3–4 times annually.
+ Support grant programs under the Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health umbrella.
+ Perform administrative tasks including data reporting and insurance updates.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services (Master’s preferred).
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in mental health or social services.
+ Bilingual fluency required (Spanish/English preferred).
+ Strong knowledge of community resources and mental health symptoms.
+ Ability to work independently and within interdisciplinary teams.
