Responsibilities
What you will do: Responsibilities listed include but not limited to:
Work with insurance and payers to advocate for the appropriate rehabilitation and medical care. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical, social, and psychological needsCollaborate with the treatment team to develop individualized care plans.Coordinate and monitor the delivery of services, including therapy, medical care, and support servicesAdvocate for patients' rights and ensure their needs are met throughout their rehabilitation journeyProvide education and support to patients and their families QualificationsWhat you will need:
