Case Manager
Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Case Manager for one of our social services organizations. The Case Manager will oversee a caseload of nine youth, providing at least two hours of case management per youth each week through individual sessions and group activities. They are responsible for ensuring school enrollment within 48 hours of admission, supporting intake and discharge processes, and completing assessments and screenings as required by the program. The role involves active participation in team meetings, consultations, and staff roundtables, as well as collaboration with a part-time Case Manager. Additional duties include managing the program store with budget oversight and participating in an on-call emergency rotation alongside the Program Director and Clinician. All work must be conducted on-site, and schedule flexibility is allowed by semester with consistent weekly hours. Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or Human Services Minimum 3 years of experience working with youth/adolescents Ability to work on-site with youth for all scheduled hours Commitment to a consistent weekly schedule (flexible by semester) Willingness to participate in on-call emergency rotation Strong team collaboration: attend APN meetings, treatment team meetings, case consultations, huddles, staff meetings, and roundtables
