Schedule & Compensation * Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM * Some after-hours and weekend responsibilities * Salary range: $70,000–$80,000 * Weekly pay How You Will Make a Difference In this role, you will: * Oversee patient cases from admission through discharge, ensuring care plans are clinically sound, compliant, and individualized * Monitor quality of care delivery, including documentation, outcomes, and adherence to clinical standards * Maintain active involvement in bedside nursing, completing select patient visits to stay clinically connected and support care continuity * Serve as a clinical resource and leader for nurses and caregivers, offering guidance, education, and support * Facilitate weekly case management meetings to review patient progress, identify risks, and improve care strategies * Collaborate closely with leadership, referral sources, and interdisciplinary partners to ensure seamless communication and optimal patient outcomes * Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the ongoing growth of clinical excellence within the organization This position is well-suited for an RN who wants to step into leadership without stepping away from patient care.
