Job Description
Phone Duties
Handle incoming calls regarding general questions, program eligibility, and past service usage.
Data Entry
Enter all appropriate information into the case management system for incoming referrals.
Complete intake summaries in the case management system.
Request medical and physiological records.
Front Desk Coverage
Occasionally cover front desk breaks and lunches.
Case Management
Manage processes to ensure timeliness and customer satisfaction.
Provide monthly reporting statistics to the Senior Claims Analyst for the designated area of responsibility.

Skills and Requirements
-Professional experience with customer service and data entry
-Great communication skills
-Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.
-Understanding in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
-High school Diploma -Bilingual: Fluent in Farsi, Pashto, Creole, or Spanish preferred
-Bachelors Degree
Excel, PowerBI, Sharepoint, CalSAWS
