Description About the Role: Robert Half is partnering with a reputable insurance company in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Administrator. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of insurance applications, case files, and client documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities: + Serve as the main point of contact for case file management and policy documentation. + Review, process, and track new applications, claims, and policy changes. + Ensure completeness and accuracy of case files, resolving missing or incorrect data. + Communicate with internal departments, underwriters, and clients to obtain necessary information. + Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other internal databases. + Generate reports and status updates for management and stakeholders. + Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies. + Support case escalation, audit preparation, and process improvement initiatives. Requirements Qualifications: + 2+ years of administrative, operations, or case management experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field. + Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform preferred. + Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). + Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
