Join us as a Carrier Specialist for DFN where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our last-mile delivery strategy across LATAM. You will identify, develop and manage relationships with last-mile carriers, ensuring smooth integration into DFN operations. You'll scan the market, negotiate contracts, and create selection guidelines to help our sales teams deliver exceptional service. Your expertise will drive operational excellence and support strategic growth by enabling seamless customer onboarding and enhancing our product offering. Key Responsibilities:

\n\nIdentifying and connecting with the best carriers in local last-mile delivery markets, to continuously enhance our service offerings\nNegotiating carrier commercials, contracts, and rate cards\nOnboarding new carriers into DFN systems and processes\nBuilding strong relationships with carrier organizations for fast response and issue resolution\nMaintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of carrier services and capabilities\nSupporting smooth customer onboarding and alignment with DFN standards\nTracking carrier performance and implementing continuous improvement cycles\nCollaborating with sales, product development, and IT teams to enable carrier integration\nSupporting projects to optimize carrier management and pre-onboarding strategies\n\n

Required Skills & Experience:

\n\nStrong understanding of DHL Fulfillment Network's standard fulfillment products and last-mile transport needs for both B2C and B2B customers\nDemonstrable experience in Last Mile Operations or related logistics roles\nExpertise in carrier contracting, negotiation, and performance management\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nProven ability to work in complex global matrix environments\nStrong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills\nAffinity with eCommerce markets and business models\nFull professional proficiency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.\n\n
