U.S. Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Project Specialist with solid project management and excellent project communication experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. Assists project managers and/or project teams in many aspects of project management including planning, tracking, reporting, documentation, communication, and issue resolution under guidance. May work on projects of varying degrees of complexity. Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, and manages project meetings. Identifies and resolves project issues. Maintains and uses standards for planning and control by reviewing project materials and deliverables for adherence to methodology. Guides and assists the project team in the development of the project plan by maintaining an updated detailed project plan. Monitors and evaluates project status and performance against project baseline and recommends appropriate actions. Provides support to quality audits. Maintains and manages project documentation in central repository.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
-At least 1 year experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling IT projects.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
