Carrier Manager
C.H. Robinson is hiring a Carrier Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai! As a Carrier Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for our customer’s carriers, responsible for building strong relationships, monitoring performance, and driving continuous service improvements. In this role, you’ll act as the customer’s representative to the carrier, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. You’ll work closely with the customer’s internal team and our own account team, owning the operational relationship with the carriers. Success in this role requires excellent relationship-building skills, clear and confident communication, a solid grasp of service and cost metrics, and a deep understanding of the transportation industry. Strong project management capabilities are also essential.
