Carrier File Analyst
**Description** The Carrier File Analyst works with various teams within WTW to perform testing, troubleshooting, reporting on carrier enrollment feeds, as well as work with Microsoft Excel, SQL, and internal reconciliation systems. In addition, the Carrier File Analyst provides general knowledge to Carrier Data teams on carrier file functionality and processes. This position is responsible for being the senior specialists regarding enrollment files. The Carrier File Analyst performs re-onboarding activities and ensures that all requirements have been provided to help maintain or promote carrier file health. Carrier File Analyst tracks progress of tickets and projects from start to finish within established deadlines. This position is a carrier facing role where clear and concise communication is necessary. They will work on a team consisting of other file analysts and Senior Analysts. This role will require them to assist in other duties that may not be listed. **Responsibilities** + Ensure that internal and external service levels are met in a timely and high-quality manner + Work with internal and external teams (implementation, call center, development, product, carrier, etc.) to assure smooth operation of processes + Help facilitate ingestion, manipulation, loading, maintenance, and delivery of data for existing and new carrier partners + Resolve escalated issues in a timely manner to promote customer satisfaction + Maintain data with the highest level of accuracy to meet defined SLAs + Ability to manage/report on team systems as needed (PEGA, Jira, Confluence, ER Web tool, Funding Insight tool, Funding Management tool, etc.). + Attend to data and reporting projects as needed + Ability to outreach and resolve carrier issues/ maintain carrier relationships + Other duties as assigned + Ability to manage time wisely and be available during scheduled hour **Qualifications** **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree preferred. + Self-motivated, highly analytical, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. + Advanced time-management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. + Working knowledge of delimited file formats, data transmission protocols, and Excel. + Experience with SQL (SQL Server or other) and familiarity with ETL processes. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to navigate stakeholder expectations. + Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively. + Proactive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset. + Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. + Familiarity with Medicare or Individual Family Plans is a plus. + Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor peers and support team development. + Experience in advanced SQL queries or willingness to learn. + Experience managing projects, driving efficiency, and updating SOPs. + Strong documentation skills and capacity to deliver training. + Comfort communicating with national carriers and representing the organization externally. This position will remain posted for a minimum of three business days from the date posted or until sufficient/appropriate candidate slate has been identified. **Compensation and Benefits** Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role. **Compensation** The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $48,000-55,000 USD annually.
