Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Foreman to oversee carpentry and labor tasks on-site at a data center. The role involves hanging signs, pouring concrete, building shelving in the job trailer, and completing various miscellaneous tasks. This is an outdoor position with responsibilities in a dynamic and active industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee carpentry tasks, including cutting wood and building shelving.Manage concrete pouring and related activities using concrete mixers.Ensure the proper installation of signs throughout the site.Operate hand and power tools, including saws, impact drills, and hammer drills.Use a telehandler safely and effectively.Measure dimensions accurately using a tape measure.Supervise the use of basic tools such as nail guns and manage wood materials like 2x4 and 2x6.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in carpentry and concrete work.Experience with hand and power tools.Ability to operate a telehandler.Strong knowledge of using basic tools and measuring dimensions accurately.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience working on large data center industrial sites.Commitment to safety as a top priority.Familiarity with high-profile client expectations.

Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Goodyear, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
