SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Set up beds for concrete pouringFabrication of assembliesOperation of tools and equipmentLoading/unloading of materialsMaterial set upConduct detailed quality checksMaintain a clean and safe work environmentPackaging for shippingComplete tasks as directed by production schedules with minimum supervisionAll other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

Minimun, 2 years of experience in Construction, Manufacturing or FabricationAbility to work within precise limits or standards of accuracyAbility to work with other team members to solve problemsPassionate about maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and othersAbility to operate standard hand and power toolsDetail orientated All team members are expected to demonstrate the following characteristics:Work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and varied organizational levelsCooperate with others when in a team environmentPositive, can-do attitudeActive listening including an openness to diverse input and feedbackAccept direction from supervisorsFollow work rules and proceduresPunctual and consistent attendanceRepetitive hand, arm, leg movements *Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. Please note: this position description is not intended to be a comprehensive list of the duties and responsibilities of the position.  Education and Experience:

Trade or technical school certification/diploma preferredMinimum of 1-year light manufacturing or relevant work experience preferredMinimum of 1-year in carpentry or metal fabrication experience preferred
