Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Carpenter Helper to join our team. The role involves working predominantly on commercial projects, particularly grocery store renovations, during the night shift. This position requires someone with a strong foundation in carpentry and construction, who can efficiently follow directions and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

Assist in carpentry and construction tasks, focusing on grocery store renovations.Perform rough framing, door and hardware installation, and trim and finish work.Work with both wood and steel stud framing.Collaborate closely with the lead carpenter to ensure project specifications are met.Utilize and maintain construction tools effectively.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience.Proficiency in rough framing, trim, and finish work.Experience with wood and steel stud framing.Ability to follow directions and work independently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with commercial construction projects is preferred.Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
