Job Description

The position involves hands-on work and assisting in leading a team. The candidate will collaborate with laborers and carpenters to ensure that all forms are constructed to specifications. Monitoring and assisting during the pouring of panels to ensure everything is completed according to blueprints is also required.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of laborers and carpenters in construction tasks.Ensure all forms are built to specifications.Monitor the pouring process of panels for adherence to blueprints.Collaborate with team members to maintain quality and efficiency.

Essential Skills

2-4 years of commercial construction experience.Strong understanding of blueprints.Proficiency in using hand, power, and measuring tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with concrete, tilt-ups, and cast-in-place construction.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
