We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter Foreman to oversee and lead our residential construction projects. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in **exterior carpentry and landscape construction** , with a proven track record of managing high-end residential projects such as pergolas, decking, pool houses, fencing, and more. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Project Leadership: Lead and manage residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
+ Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of carpenters and other construction workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
+ Quality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure all construction activities comply with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
+ Blueprint Interpretation:Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute construction tasks accurately.
+ Tool Operation: Safely operate and maintain a variety of carpentry tools and equipment, ensuring proper use and care.
+ Client Interaction:Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns or issues that arise.
+ Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any challenges or obstacles that may impact project timelines or quality.
+ Material Management: Oversee the procurement and inventory of construction materials, ensuring timely availability and proper usage.
**Requirements:**
+ Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape construction, with a focus on exterior carpentry and high-end residential projects.
+ Skills: Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
+ Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in reading blueprints and operating carpentry tools safely and efficiently.
+ Licensing: Valid Driver’s License required for transportation to and from job sites.

**Job Type: Permanent**
**Salary Range: $62,400 – $83,200 annually**
