Job Description

An exciting opportunity awaits a skilled Carpenter to join a project immediately on an apartment building in the Lower Highlands. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the construction project, ensuring each job is completed efficiently and to high standards. Your role will include backing, blocking, safety railings, and more.

ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the cleanliness and containment of the job site.Ensure safety measures are in place, including handrails.Perform backing and blocking tasks.Conduct finish work and address punch list items.Essential Skills3+ years of commercial carpentry experience.Knowledge of all phases of carpentry work.Willingness to stay on a project from start to finish.Additional Skills & QualificationsManagement experience is a plus.Work Environment

Our work environment is dynamic and involves serving various states including Colorado and Wyoming. We specialize in hospitality, housing, multi-family, K-12, higher education, and federal government projects. Currently, the project is at Ridgegate, a new construction apartment building, in the rough phase moving to framing.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
