Overview of Business Unit
The Carpentry team delivers reactive, project and planned maintenance services nationwide to Cushman & Wakefield’s nationwide and regional client base.
Job Purpose
Complete carpentry and general maintenance tasks as required.
Key Accountabilities
Complete carpentry and general maintenance tasks as requiredIdentify opportunities for new work and escalate to client and/or managerComplete relevant documentation for client invoicingAdhere to HSSEQ policies, procedures and legislative requirementsAny other duties as required by your managerKey Measures of Performance
All works completed within timeframes to standard requiredLogon and logoff KPI achievementCompleted works accurately recorded and send to admin team for invoicing within stipulated time frames.Future work identified and escalated to client and/or managerInternal and external customer satisfactionPosition Dimensions
Ensuring the Carpentry division achieves revenue and margin targets.
