**Job Title: Carpenter and Commercial Construction Specialist** **Job Description** Candidates will be responsible for performing all aspects of carpentry and commercial construction in a food/beverage cold storage warehouse. This includes metal stud and wood framing, and working with a variety of hand and power tools. Familiarity with cutting, trimming, and wall panels is essential, as well as assisting with the installation of Diamond Plate sheet metal. **Responsibilities** + Perform metal stud and wood framing. + Utilize a variety of hand and power tools. + Cut and trim materials, and work with wall panels. + Assist in installing Diamond Plate sheet metal in 7ft sheets. + Lift heavy pieces of sheet metal, weighing 70+ lbs. **Essential Skills** + Experience in construction and carpentry. + Proficiency with finish carpentry and commercial construction. + Ability to lead and work independently. + Familiarity with insulated panels. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + An eye for detail. + Experience with various hand and power tools. + Familiarity with diamond sheet metal is a plus but not required. **Why Work Here?** This role is ideal for those seeking quick cash and short-term work throughout August.
