**Job Title: Framing Carpenter** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Carpenter, leading a small team on multi-family construction projects. Your role will involve building walls, backframing, framing return air, installing man doors, knocking down walls, and performing basic general labor duties. You will be responsible for leading a team of three framers/laborers, ensuring projects are completed on schedule. **Responsibilities** + Lead a team of three framers/laborers on multi-family construction projects. + Build walls, backframe, and frame return air. + Install man doors and knock down walls. + Perform basic general labor duties. + Maintain schedule requirements and project timelines. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience in framing or residential carpentry. + Proficiency in framing, construction, and rough carpentry. + Experience with tape measures and door installation. + Ability to lead a small team of framers and laborers. + Experience in commercial construction and finish carpentry. + Knowledge of drywall installation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Lead hand experience. + Cribbing experience. + EWP or fall protection certification. + Certifications for equipment such as skid steers and bobcats. + CSTS certification. **Why Work Here?** Become a permanent employee with a company that has over 5 years of continuous projects planned, offering job security and longevity.
