**Carpenter Installation Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Installation Technician to join our team. This role involves traveling to commercial and prebuilt residential houses to perform installations. You will be part of a team responsible for trim carpentry and rough framing, ensuring high-quality installations. **Responsibilities** + Travel to commercial and residential sites to perform installations. + Conduct trim carpentry and rough framing work. + Collaborate with a team of 3-4 members during installations. + Utilize basic tools such as a hammer and tape measure; additional tools will be provided. + Communicate effectively to address field issues and suggest improvements. + Adhere to company safety guidelines and OSHA fall protection procedures. + Assist and support team members in various tasks. + Manage customer expectations professionally. **Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum of 2 years of carpentry experience. + Proficiency in trim and rough carpentry. + Ability to read a tape measure accurately. + Experience with window installations in high-level houses and commercial buildings. + Certification in operating a scissor lift is a plus. + Ability to use cordless drivers, levels, and nail guns. + Comfortable climbing high ladders and lifting 50 pounds multiple times a day. **Why Work Here?** Join a rapidly growing company where you can embrace and enjoy the opportunity for growth.
