**Job Title: Carpenter** **Job Description** Engage in new construction, renovations, and remodels of both residential and commercial properties. The role involves working on various projects, ensuring quality and safety in all tasks. **Responsibilities** + Undertake residential and commercial new construction, renovations, and remodels. + Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. + Use and maintain various tools and equipment as needed. + Keep work areas clean and organized. + Perform exterior and interior general framing and wood framing. + Install interior trim, cabinets, and counter tops. + Build decks, install flooring, and perform interior and exterior door installation. + Install windows, siding, and roofing. + Execute tape measuring layout and understand wall form fractions. **Essential Skills** + Expertise in construction and carpentry. + Proficiency in framing, finish carpentry, and rough carpentry. + Experience with drywall installation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in framing carpentry. + Skill in trim carpentry. + Experience with installing windows, doors, siding, and roofing. **Why Work Here?** Join a dedicated team that values quality craftsmanship and safety.
