Job Description
We are seeking a Fabricator (Assembler) to lead a team in our dynamic production environment. The successful candidate will fabricate and follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints, and provide guidance to a team of fabricators.
ResponsibilitiesLead a team of fabricators, occasionally assigning tasks and providing guidance and support as needed.Fabricate and follow technical instructions, interpreting engineering blueprints and technical terms.Ensure that millwork components meet quality standards.Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and supplies needed for the assembly process.Troubleshoot and resolve issues during fabrication, such as material defects or design discrepancies.Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Test finished products for defects.Essential SkillsProficient in assembly and use of hand and power tools.Experience in production, carpentry, construction, and framing.Ability to interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.Excellent attention to detail.Possess personal tools: tape measure, hammer, and mallet.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in finish carpentry and woodworking.Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and in a team.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work the 1st shift from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. Enjoy a very clean workspace that is not temperature-controlled, but not excessively hot or cold. Casual attire such as shorts and a t-shirt is acceptable.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Powder Springs, Georgia.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
