**Job Title: Commercial Carpenter** **Pay** $25-$35/hour **Shift** 7:00AM-3:30PM, Monday through Friday, with regular overtime each week. **Job Description** We are seeking multiple skilled commercial carpenters to join our family-run team. All work will be for commercial/retail throughout the Capital Region, and carpenters will be home each night. Candidates should have experience performing construction carpentry duties, as projects include solely new-build or remodel work. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. + Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials using hand and power tools. + Install structures and fixtures, such as drywall, framing, doors, windows, frames, flooring, and trim. + Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. + Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + OSHA 10 certification (we can provide you this certification if you do not currently have one). + Reliable transportation and a valid driver license. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
