The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of carpentry tasks, including hanging and finishing drywall, framing, and constructing walls, ceilings, stairs, windows, and doors. This role involves working on commercial projects, including prevailing wage opportunities, and requires OSHA certification to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Hang and finish drywall with precision and attention to detail. + Frame and construct walls, ceilings, stairs, windows, and doors according to project specifications. + Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans to meet client requirements. + Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety regulations. + Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects efficiently. + Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. + Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies at all times. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience as a Concrete Carpenter or similar role in commercial construction. + Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment. + Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. + OSHA certification is mandatory. + Physical stamina and dexterity to perform carpentry tasks. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. **Work Environment:** + Commercial construction sites with varying conditions. + Opportunities to work on prevailing wage projects. + Emphasis on safety and compliance with OSHA standards. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
