Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Process Maintenance Planner III at our Carlin operation. The successful candidate will manage, coach, lead and mentor a maintenance team.

Responsibilities:
Create and coordinate one-time job plans, where maintenance work needs to be completed due to operational changes, statutory requirement changes or equipment improvements.Continually review, seek feedback, and optimize resources, parts, tooling, task list, safety information, risk assessment and staging approach related to SJPsReview and approve invoices for paymentExecution of all aspects of small and medium sized projects, including planning, justification, design, approval, construction, and commissioningAssist in managing all aspects of a project from scoping, prefeasibility, and feasibility to execution, including construction and commissioningForecasting of costs for projectsAssist in providing design input to engineering consultantsAssist in coordinating efforts internally within Nevada Gold Mines during planning, design, construction, and commissioningInitiate regular communication with operations, environmental, safety, project sponsor and stakeholdersAssist in procurement of equipment, supplies, and contractsEnsure projects are designed and constructed with safety being the highest priorityProactively manage project to achieve quality, schedule, budget, and safetyUtilize project life-cycle tools to track and record project performanceInform management of schedule, costs, quality control, document control of any issues which may arise during the project life cycleManage all the site pressure vessel inspection reports and coordinate inspections for pressure vessels as certificates near expirationMaintain pressure vessel database for pulling inspection reports during audits and inspectionsPerform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience using the following software applications: SAP, Xeras (or similar Zero-based budgeting tool, preferredExcellent safety and attendance record requiredProject Management knowledge is preferredExperience with managing contractor and contract management is preferredCompetence in MS Office is requiredStrong oral and written communication skills are requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced team environment is requiredDemonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of this job is requiredWhat We Can Offer You
