MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent18 years of age or olderAbility to pass a CBP background investigationAbility to perform vigorous physical activity (bending, standing, walking, sitting, etc.) for extended periodsAbility to lift 40 lbs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experienceExperience training new hiresComfortable with technology (Tablets, iPads, basic software tools)Excellent communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skillsProactive mindset—ready to jump in, lead, and get things doneStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work well under pressure

CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead, supervise, and support caregivers during assigned shiftsAssign daily and weekly tasks to team membersMotivate your team through clear communication, steady guidance, and well-defined expectationsStep in as a hands-on leader when needed—your guidance matters every dayMaintain accurate shift logs and operational recordsUphold organizational policies with fairness and consistencyReport employee issues and significant incidentsMonitor and improve workflow, recommending innovative solutionsTrack employee time and attendance (including breaks and sick leave)
