Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage with family caregivers visiting the center, providing emotional support and a listening ear. Offer community referrals and connect caregivers with hospital resources tailored to their needs. Assist families in navigating the healthcare system with compassion and understanding. Conduct outreach to medical floors and waiting areas to introduce caregivers to the center’s services. Help plan and organize caregiver support groups and community outreach initiatives. Serve as a supportive presence in the center, ensuring it remains a quiet and comforting space for families.
