Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Caregiver to join our amazing team in supporting a wonderful man in his home.

Location: Footville, WIWage: $16.32 per hourSchedule: Care is needed 7 days per week: mornings, afternoons, and evenings                        Up to 30 hours per week to be scheduled by the member. 
Required Tasks: Assist with ADLs (personal cares)                                     Assist with feeding at mealtimes                                    Catheter care                                    Housekeeping                                    Hoyer lift transfers                                    Meal prep
Qualifications: • Reliable transportation • Prior experience working with people with physical disabilities• Prior experience with catheter care and Hoyer lift transfers• Age 18 or older at start of employment • Willing to undergo a background check
