Job Description A client of Insight Global's is looking for a Career Technical Training Manager (CTT) to join their team. This individual will be overseeing a team of 7 trade instructors. A few of the trades include welding, carpentry, electrical wiring, and advanced welding, and office welding. In this role, this manager will aid instructors in ensuring safety measures are being enforced for welding tools, PPE, and holding Instructors to those measures. As well as act as a mentor to students to promote finishing their trade and mentoring if they feel off track. This role does provide a personal office for meeting but, the goal would be to flow from trade classroom to classroom unless there is a meeting with the union or internal members of the organization.
