Account Manager
As an Account Manager/Insurance Broker with the Services Centre Team, you are responsible for supporting offices within the three Maritime Provinces.Team members work short-, medium- and long-term assignments for one or multiple offices at a time, servicing a dedicated book of business or supporting special projects.
The Service Center Team Member must be:
Self-Motivated Dependable, flexible, and willing to take on difficult challenges Work well individually and as a team Eager for a challenge and easily adaptable to change
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 2 years property and casualty insurance experience Qualify for NS Level 2, NB Level 2 and/or PEI licensing Experience with Epic and Applied Rating Proficiency with MS Office Suite programs, including MS Teams Strong Interpersonal, Communication and Documentation Skills Ability to work with little supervision and be a fast learner Dedication to strong customer service Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and attention to detail/accuracy Possess a positive and energetic attitude Bilingualism is an asset
Hours: Full Time, Permanent - 37.5 hours/week
