Commercial Insurance Sales Coordinator - Winnipeg
As a Commercial Insurance Sales Coordinator, you will support most of the administrative functions for the sales team, including submissions, policy issuance and weekly report
Here is what a typical day looks like
Creating policy documents, new business packages, loss payable certificates, and invoices Supporting client transition from the sales team to the service team You will partner with sales team and underwriting department on new business submissions Follow up on client accounts to support resolving outstanding activities Continuous learning through product knowledge Participate in ongoing process improvements to support business needs Provide weekly reports including internal metrics and accounts receivable tracking
The value you bring
Well versed in navigating multiple computer programs as once General Insurance Level 1 License is preferred Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and high attention to detail
Hours: Full-time / 37.5 hour/week
Location: Winnipeg, MB
Salary Range: $45,500 - $60,000
