Administrative Associate - Casual

 

Here is what a typical day looks like

Administrative support including answering and routing incoming telephone calls; processing mail, courier; meeting preparation and arrangements; ordering and maintaining office supplies; and maintaining general office equipment Managing and maintaining Western’s Print Portal (vendor management, user access and trouble support, document management) Maintaining office equipment for all branches and regional and head offices Providing support for lease renewals certificates of insurance and business license renewals including database maintenance Providing administrative support for various Facility and Office Services maintenance schedules Assisting as required in Occupational Health and Safety (“OH&S”), inspections, assessments and fire drills Managing and maintaining employee access security cards and parking passes under prescribed procedures, monitoring visitor logbook and issuance of visitor badges Reviewing, processing and reconciling orders and invoices in adherence to financial control procedures; including investigating and resolving discrepancies and other issues

 

 

The value you bring

Proven administrative experience Superior multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail Proven history of professional communication, both written and verbal Customer service focused and ability to plan, prioritize, and schedule effectively Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

 

 

Hours: Minimum of 15 hours per week. Exact schedule to be determined.

Location: High River, Alberta

Hourly Rate: $24/HR
