The GS170 Career Development Course Grader is an important part of the instructional team. The Graders apply their skill and subject matter expertise in assessing student work by properly utilizing program-developed rubrics and feedback templates and diligently following outlined policies and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent grading, actionable feedback, and timely turnaround.
Important: This is a part-time work-from-home position with the following flexible schedule:

Course Description - GS 170 – Career Development
In this course, students develop resources, professional connections, and essential employability skills to obtain or improve employment in a field related to their university certificate. Students will network and apply for job opportunities in their industry. The life-long skills gained in this course are valuable for both active and future job seekers
Position Summary
BYU Pathway and BYU Idaho online courses include both an instructor and graders. Instructors handle teaching and overall course delivery, while graders support learning by evaluating assignments and providing constructive feedback. We are seeking graders (support staff) who will apply their skills and subject expertise to grade assignments, support student learning, provide feedback, and collaborate with instructors. Applicants must be available 10–12 hours per week.
