Location: Alternate locations may be considered. This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within a commutable distance from our PulsePoint locations.

The CareBridge Growth Director will function as a Chief of Staff, overseeing key initiatives to drive our organization's growth. This role involves strategic planning, coordinating projects, managing resources, and ensuring alignment with our goals. You will be expected to implement plans that support our growth objectives, ensuring optimal resource use and seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in healthcare, banking, consulting, or private equity. Strong presentation skills are essential, both in crafting presentations and delivering them effectively to senior leadership.
How you will make an impact:
Advise and collaborate with leadership to identify strategic opportunities, managing and evaluating strategy and innovation initiatives, driving project management across multiple workstreams, overseeing health plan implementations, and developing company narratives for external stakeholders.
Apply industry, market and portfolio knowledge to inform strategic priorities, generate business cases and monitor performance.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 8 years of experience leading executive-level projects, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience:
Experience with large-scale healthcare or state Medicaid programs preferred.
Experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital strongly preferred.
Experience in project management, change management, and program management (both strategic and execution) is highly preferred.
Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving skills, and adaptability highly preferred.
Proven ability in collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts towards common goals strongly preferred.
Experience interacting confidently with senior management and executive level stakeholders, as a subject matter expert and comfortable with influencing decision-making preferred.
Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties preferred.
Proficient of Microsoft Office products, most notably in PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word, strongly preferred.
