Job Description:

Care Team Supervisor

Location: Hugo, OK

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: Starting at $16/hr

Employment: Full-Time

What You’ll Do

As a Care Team Supervisor, you’ll lead with both vision and heart:

Support and develop an amazing team of caregiversEnsure patient care runs smoothly with scheduling and dispatch coordinationKeep communication flowing between patients, families, and team membersBalance the fast pace of the office with compassion for those we serve

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED (required)Experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatch, or supervising in a healthcare/home care settingStrong verbal and written communication skillsExceptional organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and technology-driven environmentsA collaborative, team-oriented mindsetAbility to thrive in a fast-paced settingMust be at least 18 years old2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment preferredReliable transportation to perform job responsibilities
