**Job Description:**
**Care Team Supervisor**
+ Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
+ Starting pay: $16 per hour
+ Area of coverage Tomball, TX

As a Care Team Supervisor with Elara Caring, you will be operationally focused and results-driven, overseeing clinical outcomes and implementing quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) programs. Your leadership will inspire your team to provide the right care, at the right time, in the right place—bringing our mission to life every day.

**Requirements**
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ 60 college credit hours OR 2+ years of supervisory experience
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment preferred
+ Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid, home care benefits, and state policies preferred
+ Strong computer and communication skills, able to excel in a dynamic setting
+ Bi-lingual candidates preferred
+ A genuine passion for patient care and leadership
+ Reliable transportation to fulfill job responsibilities
