Description We are looking for a Care Team Specialist to join our team in Newberg, Oregon. In this position, you will play a key role in fostering positive relationships with both customers and service providers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This role requires a proactive approach to communication, documentation, and relationship-building. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and service providers to ensure their needs are consistently addressed. • Conduct regular check-in calls with customers and providers to provide support and gather feedback. • Document all interactions with customers and providers to ensure accurate and timely records. • Assist in training, coaching, and developing team members to enhance service delivery. • Handle inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure customer and provider satisfaction. • Prepare quarterly reports, including reviewing protocols, training providers, and tracking progress on desired outcomes. • Review and update procedures and processes to improve efficiency and service quality. • Complete additional assigned tasks as needed to support team operations. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer account management or related roles. • Proficiency in handling direct and inbound phone calls with professionalism. • Strong ability to create reports and maintain accurate documentation. • Demonstrated skills in providing exceptional customer service. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and resolve issues. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. • Detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate records and profiles.
